What is Access On-LineSM?
Access On-LineSM is an on-line banking product that provides secure access to your North Easton Savings Bank accounts via the Internet. You can access your accounts from your personal computer twenty-four hours a day. You are able to check your balance, verify checks that have cleared, transfer funds between accounts and make loan payments. Visit our On-Line Education Center for Click and Learn Videos.
What if I forget my password? How do I get a new one?
Just click on the "Did you forget your password" link and your password will be e-mailed to you in a matter of minutes. If you would like your password reset or your account unlocked due to too many incorrect password attempts, please notify our Call Center at 508-238-2007.
How much will Access On-LineSM cost?
There is no charge to access your accounts via Access On-LineSM. Access On-LineSM Bill Pay is also available free of charge.
How do I get started?
You will need access to the Internet and North Easton Savings Bank's home page at www.northeastonsavingsbank.com.

How soon can I begin using Access On-LineSM?
Once your application has been processed, you will receive one letter containing your user name and shortly thereafter, another containing your temporary password. You can then start using the product immediately. You will be prompted to change your password the first time you sign on.
What if I open a new account at North Easton Savings Bank after I am set up for Access On-LineSM?
Your new account will automatically be linked on Access On-LineSM.
Can I transfer funds between different banks?
You can transfer funds between your accounts at North Easton Savings Bank and other financial institutions through our External Transfer product.
Do I have access to my account via telephone if I am not at my computer?
Yes. You can call our Access-LineSM twenty-four hour telephone banking line, to inquire about your accounts or to perform transfers between your North Easton Savings Bank accounts. Simply call 508-238-2569, or 1-800-597-0272 outside our local calling area.
Can I use Access On-LineSM with other money management software?
Yes. Access On-LineSM allows you to download account information to and from programs such as Quicken and Microsoft Money programs.

Do not include any sensitive information such as account numbers, balances, passwords, etc. By providing us with your name, mailing address, phone number and a general description of your questions, we can review your account activity and will respond to you by phone or email.
